He Gently Leads Us

“He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” Is. 40:11
This was such a beautiful picture of His love, but I was especially moved by “gently leads those that have young”. I believe He knows that we are already dealing with so much as moms, and He knows that we need special attention and guidance.

Block out the negative voices and listen for His gentle voice that is saying: “I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Is. 41:13
