Monday's Prayer

Lord, renew our strength.

Last week was a hard week for me personally. I was feeling down physically as well as emotionally. I think it was the stress of things to be done and the things that couldn't be done. Ever been there? Are you there now?

Isaiah 40:31 says "Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength."

Here is an excerpt from one of my devotionals:
"I love that verse. The word renew can also be translated as exchanged. In other words, Isaiah said, 'Those who wait on the Lord shall exchange their strength for His strength.'
