Power to Grasp

As we enter this Christmas season, there is so much talk in the Christian community of how it is all about Jesus - "Jesus is the reason for the season". But, even being a Christian, I am often not thinking about Jesus, but thinking of my own emotions, the beautiful thoughts of the season, and simply enjoying Christmas carols, time with family, and warm cider!

I am making it my prayer this Christmas season that I will not only enjoy the traditions of the season, but that I (and you) will also experience the love of Christ in a special way as well. I am making it my mission! The Bible says that if we seek Him, He will show up, and I am standing on that promise for myself, my family, and for you!

As Paul said to the Ephesians, I also pray: "that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge---that you may be filled to the measure of ALL the fullness of God."
