Wednesday's Menu

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 can of veg all or 1 small package of frozen mixed veggies, unthawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken OR 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/2 c milk
1 c bisquick
1 egg

Mix together chicken, veggies, and soup. In a separate bowl mix together milk, egg, and bisquick and then pour that over the chicken mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
