Wednesday's Menu

Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

1 can salmon
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped finely (optional)
1/2 cup celery, chopped finely (optional)


Directions:

1. Drain salmon and remove any bones.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.

3. Form salmon mixture into patties and fry in a hot skillet with a little vegetable oil. Brown on both sides.

4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
