Monday's Prayer

Lord, help us to remain in You.

"I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit, apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5

My girls and I have been studying plants these past 2 months. We have become aware of the strength that comes from the root and how a branch needs the water and minerals from the root in order to process and make food which will lead to growth for the branch.

As we are busy with the day-to-day details of teaching, let's not allow ourselves to be disconnected from our source of "minerals and water" which are necessary for our efforts to be fruitful! Keep up your spiritual disciplines of prayer and Bible reading. Make time to stay and keep connected to God.
