Wednesday's Menu

Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

- 2 granny smith apples finely chopped (i use a pampered chef chopper)
- 1 carton strawberries chopped
- 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbs orange juice
- 2 tbs apple jelly
- 2 tbs brown sugar

Mix all ingredients well and let chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
serve with Stacy's pita chips (cinnamon and sugar)
